How your training is assessed depends on the particular type
of course you are doing.
There are several different organisations who run
training courses for the school workforce.
All staff require particular skills to enable them to work
in school (eg, looking after pupils), as well as specific sets
of skills vital to carrying out their own roles (eg, school
secretaries must be able to prepare letters on a computer).
